Finally saw this on Netflix yesterday. I heard about it last Fall but then it faded into oblivion till I ran across it and watched it. I was mesmerized by the story and the characters. Swank and Jones gave magnificent performances and definitely deserved award recognition especially when folks keep claiming there aren't strong female roles. Swank gave a definitive, strong and powerful yet sorrow filled female role last year. How she got left out of all awards talk can only be blamed on politics and lack of any studio awards push sadly.

I luckily got to see this movie earlier in the year and I was blown away by Hilary Swank's performance. She definitely deserves a nomination for Best Actress! Tommy Lee Jones was great too!

One of the finest films I've seen in years. Hope Jones & Swank make many more like this! I've missed seeing "real stories" about real people and things that matter. Thanks to every single people who brought this story to life! Gorgeous soundtrack, too. Love it.

He's absolutely right, the film demands a second viewing. And how many films can, even good ones, deserve that?

Nothing to apologise about for being a Western. This movie is a fresh and interesting approach to the human condition

Why would they comment on the widescreen? All movies are widescope are they not? 3:50

They called her "plain" in the movie, yet she is beautiful.

The interviewer seems very nervous, makes her look incredibly unprofessional.

In her defense, TLJ is a real tough nut of an interview. No nonsense is one thing. Congenial snobbery is another. Marvelous, intense actor/director, but he could use an ice cream cone.

Shut the f up with your stupid comments, I see these comments a lot from tommy lee fans, what is it with you people, tommy lee Jones fans are a bunch of sensitive bi**, totals simps defending his behavior too much, stop complaining too much, don't make it look like it's the problem of the interviewer, tommy lee is an overly serious A hole he needs to loosen up and let go of his ego, insecure Harvard prick

I liked the interview. She did an amazing job. I don’t find fault with either the interview or interviewer. I thought she was clever and made the point(s) clearly.
