Oh my god, I think I found out what my brother had last year!! He had chronic diarrhea, because he was super constipated. He had an ultrasound and he was so constipated it was like everywhere in his body around the stomach area. I felt so bad for him :'(

Ate some curry chicken yesterday, woke up an hour earlier because of the time change with clocks moving forward an hour and my stomach just started feeling like when you get kicked in the balls. +holy yay Sugar and tea is not what doctors will advise you. Drinking enough water is important to prevent dehydration. And if you do not have chronic diarrhea you might be advised to take oral rehydration solution. You can buy these yourself or make them if you can not buy them. They contain sugar, salt and water.
