Look, y’all seem like good dudes. Best advice I can give is be genuine and strong minded. The difference between where y’all are at right now and where you hope to be is money and views. Grow, learn, enjoy the process, work hard, and everything else should fall into place. When you have a guest on or have people see your shows and videos, they should leave feeling like they gained something. The better you know yourselves, the better you can reach your audience and relate to your guests. Don’t spend too much money until you figured out a formula that works. Best of luck to you guys.
