In addition to the bronchodilators there is another medication which was not mentioned in this video. It is parasympatholytic like ATROVINE..

The guilty secret is that here are so many acupressure points on the body for natural asthma relief. It is immoral to recommend drugs with substantial side effects for treatment in lieu of physical training.
Instead of the sledge-hammer method of asthma sprays with the many side effects, simply press forefinger and thumb together (chin mudra) or press lips together while nose breathing to get asthma relief.
