- From Clifton Park, New York, the Shenendehowa IA Winter Guard (Varsity Team) performed at Albany, NY on February 15, 2014 and took 1st Place.
The Shen IA had a very successful year with the following winning results:
Jan. 18, 2014 - at Homer : 1st Place
Jan. 25, 2014 - at Homeshow: 1st Place
Feb. 7th & 8th - at WGI Rochester Regional: 1st Place
Feb. 15, 2014 - at Albany: 1st Place
March 1, 2014 - at Central Square: 1st Place
March 15, 2014 - at Union-Endicott: 1st Place
March 21st & 22nd, 2014 - at WGI Eastern CGC: 2nd Place
March 29, 2014 - at Mid-York State Championship: Gold
Shen IA also earned the Bronze Medals while competing at the WGI (World Guard International) Championship on April 3rd & 4th, 2014 which was held in Dayton, OH. They competed against 74 other guards which traveled from around the U.S. and Canada whom which some of the other teams were composed of college students (the Georgia State University Winterguard won the Independent-A class).
They also won the 2014 WGI Fan Favorite for their class.
The Shen IA 2014 program is called "Better World"

Saw this show live twice in Dayton in prelims and finals and I gotta say I'm in love with the concept the stuff y'all do with the chairs is extraordinary and that soundtrack is simply gorgeous and I love it all
