Congratulations!!! How cool is that! You know the saying, right? "The couple that rides together, stays together!" Keep on riding with your honey and everything will fall into place! Happy for you guys!
Nothing noteworthy: I have a 2008 Raptor 700R SE II and the wife has a Can-AM DS 250. I was planning on snagging her a much nicer unit for her 50th birthday, but ended up buying a 30ft Fuzion Toy Hauler instead. Probably getting her an Outlander next year (unlike me: she is not an aggressive rider).
nice! congrats on the new toy hauler! I wish my wife would ride a 250 or 350 but after riding it once she has claimed my 700 bruiser as hers so now that's pretty much all she wants to ride.
You're living the life my friend! Good for you!! Doing what you love with the one you love! Ride till death do you apart well hope not but you know what I mean lol
@6:45 it's so trippy that the tread on those paddles was moving at the same speed as the shutter on the camera, so it looks like the wheels are not moving at all lol
dang and I thought a 6-7 hour tow was a long ways! we met up with some canadians at the oregon dunes one time who had driving 18 hours south to hit the sand there. they said they would have drivin longer lol
TrailBlogger hope fully next year i get to go out to silver lake dunes in Michigan. That would be nice just got to drive there I'll take 7-8 anyday where I live now just to ride closest trails are 2-3 hrs. But I love my bikes would never change them for anything. Keep the good vids do more dunes!
you were riding at horfalls correct? i saw box car at the end with the bridge kinda a dead giveaway. i also saw riley ranches bridge way to ruin your paddles there i hate that place cause of the long gravel road and teh bridge
I have a raptor and where I ride is sandy but not as sandy as the dunes I have never gotten sand in my air box but would it be a good idea to get a pre filter for the air filter
Congrats on the weeding to you both! I'm a Raptor guy so keep the vids coming! What kind of backpack do you all ride with and what do you carry with you most of the time? Thanks for the great channel!
Airsoft Parkour I ran through a huge puddle the day before. Pulled air filter to dry and change spark plugs, also pulled screens off spark arrestors as they were clogged up
I am gonna try my best to get godzilla in shape for towing but it just wasnt ready when we needed it and then the Super Duty (white rhino) kinda came out of no where and I could not resist. has upgrades injectors and trans, pretty much I just had to bolt a new tow receiver on there and get the driveline rebuilt and it was ready to roll to oregon. I will go over the issue with godzilla when I introduce the rhino.
TrailBlogger seems it be waaay higher resolution then what it is. Like 2k downgraded to 1080. I also recorded in 1080 but for some reason it's not in depth as your videos.
Thank you, I appreciate the comment. I always try to export in the highest resolution available even if it means an extra couple of hours encoding the cut. I hope to aspire to the level of using 2K and 4K footage someday but unfortunately the hampsters running the wheel in my old PC just can't spin it that fast. The Hero 3 I have seems to excel in bright sunlight making it ideal for the dunes footage. The Hero 3+ my wife Twinkles mainly rides with must have a different lens inside as it just does not come out the same using the identical settings as my trusty old non-plus Hero3. The plus version does do significantly better on battery life. Maybe one battery for every 1.5 I go through on the non-plus version. I'm afraid if I switched to rolling 2K and 4K I would need a backpack full of batteries to last me the 5-6 hours we sometimes ride continuously.
Congratulations!!! How cool is that! You know the saying, right? "The couple that rides together, stays together!" Keep on riding with your honey and everything will fall into place! Happy for you guys!
Congrats on getting married; my wife and I just celebrated 31 years together and we ride all the time...it's a great way to "stay the trail!" ;-)
+James Hamm wow 31 years! Congrats yourself! What do you all ride?

That banshee runs so fucking smooth!!!
Mrs K and I have been bashing Oregon coast dunes for 20 years now (Banshee and Warrior). Never felt the need to make it a big deal.
The warriors are great quads. My first trip to the dunes was on my old trusty 2000 warrior 350. Thanks for watching

Why is that toy hauler not behind the green powerstroke.?
Daniel Chavez ahh was waiting for someone to ask about that :-D
Daniel Chavez green OBS AKA Godzilla is still around. Will do an update introduction about the super duty powerstroke soon
Trailblogger are you still doing work to "Godzilla"? That's a bad ass truck. I've enjoyed watching the videos on all the stuff you've done to it.
