- Hey everyone, today I'm going to show you how to mod Cyberpunk 2077 to make it look incredible and make your V look better. With just a few mods, you can transform Night City into an even more immersive cyberpunk dystopia.
We would be installing 3 main mods and 1 if you want a little more something for your game. Also please don't forget to endorse the mod creators for all their hard work:

Hey never got round to modding yet but was planning to today but hearing a lot of mod issues with this patch. Do these mods work fine this patch?
I’ve played about an hour or 2 of the new patch and I haven’t seen any problems. As this is just a “skin” mod it should be relatively untouched by future patches unless they change the directory.:)

have you noticed any issues with the arasaka cyberarms mod? I wanted to use it for projectile launcher/gorilla arms but ive heard its a lil buggy atm
p.s. with projectile launcher it changes just your left hand. Can i alter the right arm any way without switching to other cyberware?
I am currently running the launcher and I haven’t noticed any bugs. When you install it you have the option to put it on your just your right hand just the left hand or both with options if you are using any cyberware or no. Pretty extensive.
Yeah I've been using the launcher exclusively and have noticed no issues at all.
For new modders can you please tell me what are the essential mods that need to be installed first before modding?
Just the core mods. Like CET, Red4text etc. They are the most downloaded ones on Nexusmods, so its hard to miss

Do i still need to download the cyberarma patch requirement for arasaka cyberarms?
No, I have been using it without the patch without any problems.
cyberpunk does not show on my vortex. it use to. but it just disappeared months ago.
Your game might be hidden, click on the eye icon on the top left.
but how do i find the skins ingame? i went to my cyberware doc but i cant find them when i wanna change appearance
Should be readily available as soon as you start your game, no need to visit your Ripperdoc. If it is not available you might have installed it incorrectly, be sure to activate the mods once you download. If that does not work try to manually install it to the corresponding folders.

@@mathandj7183 For Arasaka Cyberarms, I suggest you download a Mod Manager because there are tons of options and files to choose from. Saying that, if you just want the location of the folder, its in your game directory specifically: Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod. Again, and I could not stress this enough, if you are going for the ARMS, please download a MOD MANAGER like Vortex, as there are tons of files and folders to choose from and you can't just dump them all in the mod folder.

How do you manually point this to a game? It doesn't find cyberpunk
Click the thumbnail of the game if its grayed yout then you can select the exe from there, or click the 3 dots then select manually set location.

No, but it is supported. If you are just going with cyber arms you can just download the arms.

Sadly no matter what I try with mods, following exact instructions, game doesn't launch.
Been sitting here for legit 4 hours, trying every possible solution, yet I am also reinstalling this game for the 4th time.
Nothing works
Have you tried manually installing them? Is the game updated? Try one mod at a time.
I only manually installed them as I do that with all my modded games.
Game is updated, so are the mods.
Some logs provided by other mods don't even display errors

After a clean reinstall, yes. But as soon as I try to add redtext etc, nothing works
@@Th3RazieI I haven’t tried using redtext. Most I have used is CET. Try installing mods that does not go through Redmod as there are reports that it doesn’t work. In theory skin mods like the one in the vid should not crash your game.
how do i put the game under the Managed tab in Vortex, what did i miss?
Search for the game and click activate
Does anyone know how to open the console panel in the game? I cant find a way to open it. Already tried this `/~, and doesn't work.

At first I was thankfull cuz I managed to install it, some others too but my game crashed everytime I saved, so I tried to disabled some of them and it kept happening, I ended up starting the game with the mods disabled but the game still crash after installing Vortex. Ended up unistalling Vortex and is still crashing. My game broke because of that.
Sorry to hear that but the mods in the video should not cause your game to crash as they are simple skin replacers. Try to revalidate your files if you are on steam.

@@Neyenn try reinstalling the game. If it still crashes without anything installed then it might be a game problem.
@@10Diyes I reinstalled the game and it keep happening, but I found the solution (telling you in case someone someday comments the same) I realized that I kept trying to play on a modded save file (while I already had taken out the mods) so I went back to the savefile before the mods installation and worked perfectly. The modded save files were probably corrupted. Thanks for the help man! Im just gonna end my main story without mods and in some months when the game not receive more updates, gonna try this mod again on some new playthrough. It might be too soon for mods after such a huge update.
the most important part is missing, you need to download the official mod tools in the dlc section remod
IIRC you just need to download the tools if you are using redmod. All the mods in the video don’t use them.

@@invisls6715 which update? My game is working fine with mods, if it is 2.01 be sure to update your mods if you ate using CET or something like that but for skin mods it should work fine.
@@invisls6715 Yeah. I installed all what the video was saying plus some other mods from Nexus and my game totally broke, I managed to play but everytime I saved tha game crashed. Even after unsitalling Vortex. Installing cyberpunk again maybe that would fix it.
Vortex modding for cyberpunk can break your entire game.
It's easier to manually install
