why does my acrylic stick to my brush even whens its new? is it cause its low quality maybe or am i doing smth wrong?

Make sure to drown your brush in the monomer it will take the acrylic out of the brush but do this immediately after you’re finished using your brush before the acrylic can harden in the bristles and also use a brush cleaner

my issue seems to be that once i put the acrylic on the tip, i have this ugly dip between the tip and apex. and then i fill in that gap and then it looks too thick. lots of filing. :(

i would use really little product and build it slowly, try keep more in the middle and less by the sidewalls too

Hey Jammy! Gorgeous set as ever and a brilliant tutorial on how to do a French. Your generosity in sharing your amazing skill is so kind and enormously helpful. The biggest challenge is painting the French on your dominate hand with your less dominate hand and I think this puts people off trying to do them on yourself. Practice does make perfect and I’m really comfortable doing them on myself now. I love a deep French look and I’ll post my latest set on IG soon. I’ve been feeling really crap lately with all the treatment and just feel totally exhausted with life. 🤍🤍
