Thats when Dada sacrificed his #1 position for him and revived his career. Something Viru has admitted himself in many places pls get your facts right. In fact Dada was like this not only to Viru but also a bunch of other players like Yuvi, Bhajji, D Mongia, etc. which is why even today he is one of the most respected captains in Indian Cricket history, comparable to the likes of Pataudi.
