I remember when my brother eat only 1 time at day for 2 whole weeks bc he wasn’t proud of himself but he was healthy,then he fainted in his graduation lucky my mom’s friend was a doctor
I always starve myself just for good grades and it was worth it i got good grades and i still starve myself to this day but sometimes eat but just a little bit
I letteraly can go without food for 90 days atleast 😔✨️ or more if i was surviving i mean i do have a habit of not eating for a long time every now and then like maybe eat a day and then the other 2 to 3 days i just starve then i eat after those days and the cycle reapeats itself. which helps with weight loss but i dont do it when im sick.
