- This is what I think sums up the best parts of the vanilla gameplay experience of Squad after over 4000 hours spent playing the game since the early access alpha launch on steam. All footage is recorded post ICO infantry gunplay update version 6.

Sometimes I got serious player, sometimes strict SL, sometimes a silent players, Shenanigans, but overall u'll get a friendly and funny players on squad, wether pro or noobs everybody will giving a really useful tips, and yep, i'm falling in love with squad games and it's awesome community.....

best feeling is when you're walking with a squad in silence and you see a big boom in the distance, like calm before a storm which you yourself is getting into

what i like most about these clips is that none of the voice chat is filled with people screaming about anything in a rage due to not winning. you guys are loading into a tech and it gets hit with a rocket and everyone just laughs it off "that sux haha". seems like every game i get into in squad now a days is just people taking it way too seriously.

just bought this game 2 days ago after wanting it for years. never had a current gen pc so i never got the chance til now (7600x 32gb 1050ti). i've owned the game for 48 hours and already have 19 hours played. i fell in love the instant i loaded into the tutorial. squad is the only game i've played that matches RO2/RS2VN's ptsd moments. haven't tried squad44 or hell let loose yet, but i will some day. doubt they'll run on my shitty gpu as well as squad does, but i'm upgrading to a 7800xt in a couple weeks.
squad44 has the potential to be as crazy as squad but its not quite there just yet

I have had the best experiences out of any game in the organized chaos that is squad, regardless of changes to the game itself. I can't find a game thats close to this.

there is, but as far as i understand it it can be really unreliable with different materials. so when i was shooting the ceiling i thought it might atleast suppress them and cause aim shake. though in that same clip, me and the SL may have killed the guy through the side of the doorway, its hard to tell

Like the idea of the game, see a video and want to play the game. I get on the game and have no idea what to do and nobody communicates with each other. Then I'm just running around for 30 minutes just to die and do it again.

Bro how does you're Squad game look like this?? I can barely get over 70 FPS and at most 50 FPS with a RTX 3060 12GB & Ryzen 5 5600x 😭😭
try doing memory overclocking / XMP. I have 9900k + 2070 but overlock memory to 3200mhz because some benchmark videos showed better minimum frames in CPU bound games.

I hate it
I bought this game after seeing tons of videos like this one. It turned out to be a huge let down when I came to realize action was only like 10% of the experience and the other 90% was mind numbing running from place to place or waiting at your spawn for someone to come pick you up. On top of that are some of the worst feeling controllers I've ever experienced in a modern shooter. All of it combined to make a frustrating experience.

Squad use to be super addictive until they ruined it by making it way too realistic, continually limiting super fobbing, convoying, and many other things that's made me just stop playing. I use play Squad for like 24 hours straight and still want to keep going. 4000+ hours of squad leading.

This game look so good, but the scopes are still TOO FAR from your face. Unrealistic.

@@andreaholcock8992 Have you ever looked through a Russian PSOP scope? The rubber eye piece is to block all light from your view of the scope. Your eye isn't supposed to be 5-10cm from it, the eye relief is not that great.
A realistic rendering of this on a 2D screen would be a semi transparent outside the scope view, but your view through the scope would be larger. The PSOP scopes actually have a pretty large FOV.
The ACOG for that matter also has a pretty wide FOV, and the eye relief requires your eye be a bit closer than that of the Russian PSOP. Though the ACOG doesn't have a rubber eye piece normally, however you can get one.
I've had plenty of time on both these scopes IRL, and their picture looks larger than what this game is depicting, in my opinion.
