When it comes to sensitivity, I always have a higher horizontal sense, and lower vertical. You don’t look up and down nearly as much as you look side to side. It also helps me control recoil better and hit from longer distances.
As someone who has played apex since launch, these tips really helped me out when I just started playing warzone recently! Everything feels so much better after applying these tips! Especially the sliding one since it's a huge mechanic in Apex!
Pitbulls right, when I turn my surround sound up (actually 2) with my sub maxed out, video on ultra, in front of my projector onto wall like 8 feet by 16 feet, and one of those jets fly by its like Im standing on the airstrip looking a flying jet , and the fucking ground is shaking through to my chest from right to left as it passes, then silence as it zooms away in the distance, ITS PRETTY FUCKING REAL DUDE, fuck all the other bullshit...

The “flip” option for changing to shoulder buttons is such a life saver. Every time I would load up warzone I would always have to go into settings and change my button assignment

I highly advise not to use automatic sprint. Any of them Since you are always running you will need more time to pull out your gun from the animation making you in the first second or so of an encounter vulnerable and useless. Please like this so others can see it.
Yeah i realised that in the gulag with those damn shotguns😂 i had tactial on, i switched to normal auto run. But wil i still have the same problem? (i Just switched and got of so have not had time to test)
Here's an extra tip: turn on subtitles, they show the dialogue when placing mines, reloading, using equipment, etc. The show up even when you are not the one doing those actions but the enemy.

I turned them on thinking it would just be the announcer saying some stuff about the squads and the gas, only have *I’m reloading* show up at the bottom of my screen in a solos match when all I had was a Deagle with 2 bullets left, and a suspicion that someone was above me

I'm so glad someone on TH-cam has finally brought up Bumper Jumper Tactical! I've been playing BJT Flipped since BO3 to be able to jump/fly while also aiming and it's helped me immensely! I take COD pretty seriously but not serious enough to drop $200 on a SCUF so finding BJT Flipped was a Godsend

Thanks for the helpful suggestions. I'm still trash though, lol. To be honest, I think your headset might be lacking in bass response, which is why you might prefer the bass boosted setting. For a headset with a more equal frequency response, default game audio settings will be best. Also, Dolby Atmos is the best that I have found for giving a sense of space in the mix and pin pointing the enemy foot steps. Unfortunately it's only available on Xbox, and I see that you use PlayStation. Sony Tempest has not been that impressive to me. Thanks again!
Heres a couple of tips I like to add. Want to double the amount of sensitivity you have? Well the controller deadzones seems to be the problem. It's the same as if you gotta hold to slide. The higher the deadzone the slowest reaction output you'll get. The lower the controller deadzones, this enables a faster reaction output. So yeah decrease it all the way to 0.1 since it's the lowest you can go. The pros is : double the sensitivity for example if you play a 4 sensitivity , you'll be playing an eight sensitivity. You'll feel cracked out. Also this will prevent your controller right stick from deteriorating overtime. You'll also be playing like you have a high sensitivity. The cons : maybe you dont like 2x high sensitivity? This may also be a preference but I prefer to keep the vertical sensitivity low. And horizontal sensitivity as well as ads and high ads sesnsitivy higher than the vertical. This will help recoil control on weapons, accuracy. Also most player you see do jump shooting or striding and having a high vertical idk about you guys but my ads will be all over the place. The horizontal is high so you can ensure a fast reaction to turn on the enemy that shooting you from behind. Now audio setting sure I'll recommend the boost settings. Some people may have sensitive ears though like me unfortunately everything will be too loud and will ring my ears. To help those some people that still wants hear footsteps without getting their ears blown, I recommend the midnight mode this ensures you can hear the in game callouts and footsteps without everything else ringing your ears.

okay update, I PLAY SO MUCH BETTER and my win rate kinda changed but like i can shoot a little faster and notice people more and all in all it’s amazing
About sensitivity settings, personally I like to have my Y axis setting a little less sensitive than X axis, reason being is that I find looking around on the horizontal axis to be more critical. I don't look up or down nearly as often. I like to keep my reticle near head height and with less sensitivity on the Y axis I will get less deviation from that head height in all scenarios, be it just looking around, in a gunfight or in any other situation where im using the right thumbstick.

A small tip my friends and I have used for years on sensitivity is start low every time you do well in a match bump it up before you know it you are maxing out your sensitivity while maintaining accuracy.

I remember going to my friend's house and not being able to play Xbox because I only used my pointer fingers on the shoulders while they are playing with two fingers. Freaked me out
NOCloutpumps HCT if you can’t get on goin all out and getting kills I would suggest doing a bunch of recon contracts to see where the last circles will be. Then just drive out there and get a really good spot so you have advantage. After that it’s just luck for the last circle to land on you.

If you have Auto Sprint on it will sometimes cancel a shotgun shot as well as you can't move and shoot a shotgun. You're welcome.

The great thing about tactical sprint is that when you can't tactical sprint anymore it automatically does normal sprint for you

Dude, full " God Tier" settings only took me 3 games to get use to it. IT was worth, i really improved alot, Thank You!

About sensitivity settings, personally I like to have my Y axis setting a little less sensitive than X axis, reason being is that I find looking around on the horizontal axis to be more critical. I don't look up or down nearly as often. I like to keep my reticle near head height and with less sensitivity on the Y axis I will get less deviation from that head height in all scenarios, be it just looking around, in a gunfight or in any other situation where im using the right thumbstick.
So to beat you i just have to drop shot or jump shot. Got it. See you in the prison.
I found a soap mctabish Easter egg. Awesome advice. Using these setting with my control freak took me from 10 kills every so often to averaging 14 kills a warzone game. My friend think I’m hacking it’s so good

Hate auto run, there’s a slight delay from running to aiming down your sight and that alone will kill you, also you’ll be loud af
A small tip my friends and I have used for years on sensitivity is start low every time you do well in a match bump it up before you know it you are maxing out your sensitivity while maintaining accuracy.

I would try to bump it up to what the good players used right away instead of slowly working up to it and i would end up switching it back after a match of struggling lmao. Like I said I've been playing online shooters since the original Doom and quake on PC and I've never thought of this lmao....then again I've never been called smart😂. I did start bumping it up one at a time since I read this and I'm already at a higher sensitivity than I've ever played at.

9:12 you can still do this without auto-run, including zooming in/out and pinging on your map, you just have to keep the left stick forward

I play on insane sensitivity since i was 10yrs old
its personal preference but the higher the better and also most pros do a medium high sensitivity
I use high sensitivity for looking around and the standard for ads. Seems to work well for me

NOCloutpumps HCT if you can’t get on goin all out and getting kills I would suggest doing a bunch of recon contracts to see where the last circles will be. Then just drive out there and get a really good spot so you have advantage. After that it’s just luck for the last circle to land on you.
