Take the items out of inventory and then interact. I'd suggest to do so in a private server so you don't lose stuff if accidentally jumped

Cid beta is just cid but replaces the healing move F with a cutscene of atomic nuke. So I'll prefer cid cuz of hp heal

Basically you have to get hit by the car that spawns in new island 50% chance every 10 minutes. Then it has 10% chance to drop
