In Quran 21:29 it is mentioned indirectly that Prophet Jesus will send those christians to hell who say that Jesus is also a deity besides Allah.

God didn't "have to" do anything. He is three persons in one, the Father sent His Son (out of his love for mankind) because animal sacrifices wouldn't atone for eternity. His Son was sacrificed as a pure and blameless lamb to rid all humanity from sin and therefore grant us eternal life. His atonement was the only pure and true atonement that the Father cannot deny because it's His Son (not just some animal).
After Jesus' death and resurrection, we received the Holy Spirit (3rd person of Trinity/Godhead) that dwells in us until the end of time. Any questions?
