Also, only if u want, when you say breath in, perhaps you can also breath in as well so we can follow. I notice that relaxes me and if the asmr artist plays a doctor, he/she will say breath in for me, and they breath in, and I also breath in, them. Theyl say... and breath out, and theyl slowly breath out through the mouth. Very relaxing and maybe you can implement that in your videos.
