Only just started playing supercoach how does the vice captain loophole work? Do I use my vice captain as a player playing prior to my captain and if he scores big do I bench my captain and sub in a player who isn't playing at all, Then make my original captain my emergency?

I’ve had my flu vaccine every year for the last 8 years and very rarely do I get sick but back prior to flu vaccine injections I’d be sick 4/5 times a year so that and regularly working out (running,boxing and bike riding etc changed my life mate.
