Sorry but your terminology is a bit squewed. The bowler is not called a pitcher. If a fielder hits the stumps before the batsman gets there it is called run out. It is called stumped when the wicket keeper takes the bails off if the batsman is out of his crease. I was brought up with cricket!
@CountofMonteBisto was that Brian Johnston? So so very funny at the time. One of many laughs the radio 3 commentary team gave me while growing up!
The number of mistakes in this short program shows a very poor research staff. Cricket bats are made of willow not ash for a start. What you showed as a stumping was a run-out. LBW?

If baseball execs and certain fans are worried about pitch clocks and extra innings, five day games will blow their minds. It won't catch on in the states.

USA qualified for Super 8 of T20 Cricket World Cup and most of the recent matches happened right here in USA. Other matches and the 2nd round will happen in Caribbean Island nations. Its good idea to explore what's happening outside of USA once in a while . Just being hillbillies is no fun.
