A hospital is not going to send out a letter like that saying you have cancer and spell mastectomy wrong.
My wife had two bouts of Cancer. The first cost her the right eyelid, and the vision in that eye. The second was in her jaw, so they removed all her teeth, in case they had to cut her jaw as part of the surgery to remove the cancer and lymph nodes(most were riddled with a rare Cancer). Next came chemotherapy and radiation treatments. I waited for over 18 hours during the surgery, and went to every treatment. She wanted to give up, but I wouldn't let her. She got weaker and weaker, but I loved her too much, to just give up. She's, now, officially, Cancer-free. We're STILL together, because LOVE is strength. She's my better half, and the Love of my life. We're both Veterans, both toothless, and as much in Love as the day I asked her to marry me. Moreso, even. Katherine Norland has played a woman with Cancer, more than once (even one with Carl Judie). Has she ever had that fight in real life? She's an amazing woman, and I Love her positive influence and attitude. She's a wonderful friend, though we've never met in person.

On 25 February 2019 at approximately 6:38, I passed out at work due to severe exhaustion, dehydration, and stress. The ambulance immediately took me the hospital. At this my wife and I were dating for three months. I immediately called her and showed up at the hospital with my parents. She nursed me back to health thoroughly and unconditionally with sweet tender, loving care. From that moment that sealed the deal on me wanting to marry her. Less than a month later, I put her ring on layaway. Less than two months later I proposed to her, and she immediately said yes. We’ve now been married since 2019 and been together overall since 2018. She absolutely phenomenal and I love and appreciate her immensely.
Selfishness, Self-centeredness, This is the root of evil! The most difficult times in our lives are realized when we must honor the love and the vows we take before God to love, honor, and cherish our spouses through sickness. To those who stand strong in their convictions, the blessings they will receive by remaining faithful, will change every aspect of who and what they will become! They will forever hold their heads up high, in Gods light. I've come to know that no reward is deserved, or needed. When we keep our promises to our loved ones. What we gain from God's grace can only be gained through sharing in the suffering of others. May God Bless you all.
I know these are skits and yes they can be a bit much sometimes and I do find myself cussing some of these people out thru the screen lol, but the fact is, is that people really do treat each other this way. They can really be that cruel and heartless. So, I do appreciate how these stories point out that you really do need to treat people how you want to be treated.

Thank goodness I am not married to such a person. But if I were, I'd say "you want to leave?" Because my health isn't okay? I 'd tell him "That's fine." I'am not going to force u to stay. I'll find a way to work it out.

So if it wasn't for his Parents he would still be acting up, even if she didn't have Postpartum she just gave birth.
I didn't even have cancer.
My ex let me put him through college, let me get pregnant in higher risk middle age, let me go to part-time work to have a few months with our daughter before she began kindergarten... Knowing it would permanently bar me from returning to full time....
...then he left our marriage for another woman, just prior to completing his degree and beginning his career.
I was left with nothing.
And our daughter has gone astray after being forced to grow up "ping ponging" between two (incomplete) households.
Commitment in marriage is not just a thing you say for "ceremony".
It is the highest responsibility relationship a human can have, second only to one's relationship with God.

I do have a true story about the opposite. My cousin's wife had stage 4 breast cancer. I watched their struggle. He went above and beyond to take care of her and get her through it. It turned out that she had an affair with the doctor who treated her, then left my cousin when she was in remission. They had been together since high school and had been married for 16 years. Our family couldn't believe that their 3 kids couldn't believe it either and choose to live with their dad. They're all adults now and still struggle to have a good relationship with their mom. My cousin found a new love and wife who's just over the mom for him. She has two daughters, and their kids get along beautifully. They also adopted a foster kid who was friends with my cousin's son. He was literally over the moon to finally have a brother with 4 sisters! They're still best bros for sure and considers our family his own. ALL TRUE
I've been watching Dhar Mann for just a bit now, and I sometimes think they're cringey and corny, buy they are quite entertaining. I never find any "sad" videos necessarily emotional, none of them are sad to me at all. But 21:04 when the woman started singing, it randomly made me tear up.

It is against protocol to be notified by letter of a cancer diagnosis. You will always receive a phone call to come into the doctor’s office. You may get a letter if you have, let’s say, a clear mammogram, but you should never be notified by a letter of anything malignant. Please make these more believable!

When I was going through chemo and radiation, my oldest grandson was 3, he lived with me and he would climb on my bed, cuddle up against me and sing this to me until he fell asleep. He's 28 now and I'm 66 but I'll never forget his sweet little voice, or his cuddles. He doesn't know how good those helped me fight a lot harder, I had cervical cancer.

I"M AUTISTIC! If this Professor was so smart, he would've known that most autistic children have high IQ's and do awesome things in life! How can he possibly not know that. I think his pride and ego and obsession with have a "normal" child cancelled out his logical intellect, or so-called intellect. Many of the best professors in the world have autism!
