I lived in DC and NY and Baltimore and Nothern VA. Now I want to give Miami a try! I wonder if Miami has a big vegetarian scene 😂. I love the atmosphere and the vibe. Would it be wise to buy a condo down in Miami just to have a place to stay when I decide to visit a couple times a year, or just buy a condo when I’m sure I am going make Miami my permanent residence? Decisions 🤔

You have the best and most informative videos, I just wish you would make the music volume even with your narration volume because I find myself having to turn it down every time music starts playing. Do you think a young, single guy in his 20s with a salary of $100-$115k/yr can comfortably afford to rent a studio apartment on his own in Brickell? I don't have any car payment, don't drink/party, and don't really eat out in fancy places.

Brickell is very beautiful! But it’s a little too fast for me, and very expensive. I love visiting the City Centre and walking around the area! Lots to see and do. Great video.
