One thing you fail to mention is that this "bullying" is normal behavior, which establishes the "pecking order" between the eaglets. It also usually subsides with time, but not always. The video itself is 7 days old, & LM7 is thriving since then. LM7 will also be smaller than his 2 sibling's, because if I'm not mistaken, LM7 is 5 days behind (hatch time).
LM7 grew into a wonderful eagle and flew successfully! Please make a follow-up video. This story is touching enough.
