Plus it's also very comfortable and cozy with the fire pit close by and protected from the elements and rains. I wish you and Lucky a peaceful and safe stay at the shelter. Once again, you show us your building skills. I don't think I've seen anyone use the palm leaves as effectively as you have here. Very tight fit, with lots of layers due to smaller cross bars. Will you be building a spot to keep your wood dry throughout the winter? I'm very interested in how your winters look... Do leaves fall off the trees? What do the animals in the forest do?? Here where I'm at, we get snow and ice. Thankfully, we do not get the bitter cold winds. Some parts of my country get on top of the snow and ice.

When winter comes, the climate becomes colder. The leaves fall from the trees and animals begin to hibernate. Some warm-blooded animals will focus on finding food in a certain forest that has leftover fruit.
@rungnhietoi3708 We have several types of animals that hibernate. Bears are what most folks know about. We have more needle bearing trees, and 99% of those keep their needles. Thank you for your response. I'll see you in your next adventure. :)

Lembro que a chuva forte, com temporal, demoliu a sua roda d'água.
Quanto as cobras, é o habitat delas.
Espero mesmo que haja fartura de alimentos em essa floresta. Amei seu abrigo; forte, espaçoso e aconchegante para os dois amigos. Novo método de instalação de telhado, ficou bonito.
Boa estadia para vocês nesse refúgio, bem protegidos sob os cuidados do Criador.
