      Thanks. I haven’t had a chance to fish at all. Hopefully this Sunday I’ll get a chance.

    I’m on my way to Oak Island now. I’ve got my flies and rods with me to try to catch some fish (mostly in the surf probably). Any of the fish I might catch that have special instructions for handling to keep the fish and myself safe?

      I think with flies you would probably catch pompano and, depending on the fly, blues. Just watch the teeth on the blues

      Yes, we e had some good one caught. They came in early too

    You should fish at the point using freshwater lures like crank baits or something I think It would be a great challenge

    Went to fish the Slough this morning with my Native kayak. I have it on a trailer so it is impossible to park there now because of all the paid parking bumpers. I’ve fished this area for years. Probably see me fishing the surf from now on.

      We put in a 57th street where the Lonerider is. There is parking for trailers and it’s free.
