The flat looks very cozy, and the sofa doesn’t seems too big when the boxes are mainly gone now :)
Absolutely love the sofa, definitely keep it! I agree about maybe getting a slightly bigger coffee table to balance it out a bit:) The shelf in the kitchen looks great - you could also turn it into (or swap it out for) a drop-down/fold-down table/countertop space which you could have up whilst you're cooking in the kitchen, but fold it down the rest of the time so it doesn't take up too much space :)
The living room at the end was amazing and I love your view as well. Glad it’s all coming together and you’re happy. 😊

wow love ur new apartment!!! living room couch is perfect. if you like the small coffee table, you could pull the couch 1 foot away from the wall and add in a thin console table behind. this is great for charging phones, a place for waterbottles etc while leaving ur coffee table clutter free

7:23 if you are open for suggestions , I think this desk area would be much more functional and cleaner if you but a wide big shelf that goes along the wall and two chairs so it would be yours and his work space ! .

Sofa set is fine but go with the 12” shelf. Closed storage will help reduce eye clutter

I feel a large lounge area is good to entertain and chill zone. Go as big as possible and I don’t think the couch is not too big for space.
Couch is the perfect size. I can’t stand when someone’s couch is too small for the room. It looks comfy, welcoming and very homey. Def keep it
