A very impressive home in every respect. It even has it's own elevator! The only thing I don't understand is the placement of the outdoor pool along the side of the house close to the property line. With so much acreage why not place it behind the house far away from the property line (and make it bigger!)

$8 million. I would describe this as a mini-mansion. I'm just glad it doesn't look like an old Italian wedding hall or some kind of Disney Castle look-a-like.

I just think that it is getting extremely impossible for first home buyers like me to even dream of such heavenly properties… When will the real estate in Ontario cool down for middle class people like me to afford our dreams??

Bro, this house is not meant for the average people. Middle class people will just never be able to afford this kind of house anywhere in the world

As big as it is, it is functional. Just need to buy more jeans and tee-shirts.

If you find a condo for $7,988,000 you might like that too...

Did they really have to cut down all the trees on the lot and make the entire plot so barren ?

I would figure $50,000 to pay if you could just rent it for a month.

It's big, and straight out of a magazine......but it's not homey nor practical. There is zero aesthetic appeal for me - way too clinical looking. And what is with that "swimming pool"?!? It's tiny. They have a huge backyard, obviously lots of money, but they put in this outdoor bathtub?? There are way better, and affordable, houses 1 hour north, and on the waterfront.
