    How to make butterfly chicken?
    Step 1
    Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder , turmeric powder and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15 mins.
    Step 2
    Cut the potato into thin slices.
    Step 3
    Add cornflour , salt and water and mix well in a bowl.
    Step 4
    Keep a piece of marinated chicken in the center of each potato slice, bring two opposite sides together and pass a toothpick through the potato slice and the chicken piece to make butterflies.
    Step 5
    Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry these butterflies till golden-brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Add peri peri, oregano seasoning and coriander leaves.
    Step 6
    Serve hot with Szechuan chutney.
