I enjoyed this video a lot. All I have are Physical Graffiti which I think is self sterile but somehow I have some fruits forming. I watched this video hoping to get some insight into which variety I should get for pollen to pollinate my PG?
As a general rule, PG is purple flesh. Stay away from Purple flesh pollen and use Red or White flesh fruit pollen. Most Pink flesh fruit pollen will work too.

Weather conditions have alot to do with size and taste. Year after year it changes slightly. Nothing we grow yield those results, the only thing close is a hybrid we grow called Double D.
I’m in Southern California I guess the taste is different depending on here’s its grown. Fruit in Hawaii tastes better not sure how the Hana will taste if grown in California .

Great video. What's the altitude of growing dragon fruits ? Does it grow above 1400 sea level?
We are at 30 foot and this is the only experience we have growing.

What's self sterile mean?
It is sterile and can not set fruit on its own, it needs another flower with compatible pollen to set fruit.
