I’ve been watching Gino Jennings new viewer , lost wife recently, I raised her kids, now in 20s -30s were so disrespectful to her broke her heart ,I stop going to my church pastor never called me, two members prayed for me , my so called pastor Rev HB Sampson Mt Horbe baptist church. Pastor Jennings, I did my bests trying to rear my children by the bible, but they came out to be very evil towards me. I was married to their Father, but he didn't help in discipline. I took abuse from him and my children daily now my children are grown they don't have any relationship with me other than calling me with confusion. I refused to let them talk to me any kind of way or let their wives treat me with disrespect because they do. So I choose to live without them and let God do his will.... God given them to me till they turned 18 and they go back to him. they're now 45, 39, 38 and no respect towards me cause how I discipline them by the bible. they kept their kids away from me, but that's their troubles not mines. I still stand in God's word and life goes on...
In my day.. Parents that didn't know about holiness still ruled their home even if one had a cigarette and the other had a beer (I do Not condone it at all, it's about respecting & obeying order).. Children were expected to do as they were told, not to compare themselves to their parents deeds & If you wanted your teeth, children knew not to ever step up to check their parents, we all knew if we wanted to do what we wanted; then we need to have our own home, PERIOD !!!
I wasn't brought up in holiness but I thank God for the prep order .. it''s my life's journey today and for as many tomorrows God Almighty will keep, make, and fashion me to HIS pleasing, I was once told & agreed holiness IS doable until the end🙏 Stay encouraged~

When I was a child coming up the first two words from my mouth was do right ,it came out bc my mother put a switch in my hand and tolded me to hit the legs of those that needed it bc thy were bad,and those I hit was truly bad and out of my mouth came two words, "Do Right" this became my nick name, when thy would call me, do right come do thus for moma ,or for daddy. My cousin tried so hard to change that bc my aunt would lay things with them or put me with them to correct or be the respondsible for them and thier action sometimes it work. I remember when we use to act bad, our NEIGHBORS would whoop us, and then told our parents to get a super whooping..we use to also get out there and make go carts out of 2 by 4s, wheels, strings, and a seat or two..we had a whole community that use to do that..Lord i miss those days when communities use to raise us..thank god i came from that era, which may have been the LAST of a good era..

When I was a child coming up the first two words from my mouth was do right ,it came out bc my mother put a switch in my hand and tolded me to hit the legs of those that needed it bc thy were bad,and those I hit was truly bad and out of my mouth came two words, "Do Right" this became my nick name, when thy would call me, do right come do thus for moma ,or for daddy. My cousin tried so hard to change that bc my aunt would lay things with them or put me with them to correct or be the respondsible for them and thier action sometimes it work. Finally thy change it to Hottie Mae not bc of the true meaning of the word but bc of the quickness like fire that was shut up in my bones. Things I could not understand until now.
