Isme 10 tone ka reactor hota hai jisme purane tyre load karne hote hai. Baad me reactor ko bandh kar k usko burner se heat deni hoti hai aur reactor slowly ghumta rehta hai. So tyre reactor me slowly pigalne lagte hai jalte nai hai bcz reator me oxygen nai hota hai. Tyre pigalne k baad usme fumes ane lagte hai jo reactor me se age jake condensor me se pass hote hai aur vo oil me convert hota hai. Aur vo oil hi dusri fectory me furnace me jalane k liye jata hai. Ye pura process me apko approx 4200 ltr oil milta hai. Aur ek baat isme oil bante time mithane gas bhi nikalta hai so ek baar reactor ka twmperature aa jaye to baad me aap jo heat dene k liye oil burner jalate ho vo bandh karna hota hai aur uska jo mithane gas ata hai usko hi heat dene k liye use kar sakte ho. Pura process khtam hone k baad reactor ko thanda karna padta hai. Thanda hone k baad reactor ko ulta ghuma k usk chhote sw dhaakan ko open kar k carbon powder jo hota hai vo nikal na hota hai. Baad me pura thanda ho jane k baad uska bada dhakkan kholna hota hai aur usme se steel bikalna hota hai. Bas yahi process hota hai.
