Hi Drey, this video is very helpful and informative I’m sure alot of international students will learn from this. Drey, we would like ask some insight from you regarding my wife’s case. She just knew it today that she was paid 44hrs in one cut off (2 weeks) due to system error (error in her timesheet). She reported it to her manager when she noticed that her timesheet shows she worked for 18hrs in one day and her manager said she’ll look at it but it was not fixed. This happened prior to Nov 15th and she just knew it today becuase she was unable to access her payslip not until today due to access issue. She brought her concern again to her manager and explained that it’s a violation of her study permit restriction. What can you suggest we need to do to correct it? We dont want it to become an issue for her pgwp application in the future. Any insight you can share regarding our case is greatly appreciated or if you can refer us to someone who can assist us with my wife’s case. We want to fix it as soon as possible. Thank you so much and more power.

Ung sa final grade po ba, need complete grades, minsan po kasi ung ibang professor delay magbigay ng grades.
Pangalwa po, about OWP. pwede magwork kahit student already received the final grades.

Hello po Kuya, i hope you can answer my questions po. I'm an IS sa toronto under a 2 year diploma program. Natapos yung 1st year of my studies nung dec 16 2022 and will resume on May 2023 na po. We're on our school break from jan-april (4 months).
Currently, umalis po ako ng canada nung dec 21 para mag-vacation sa Pinas till Jan 31 2023, i don't know if i'm violating any terms of my student visa/permit dahil nakasabi sa visa ko na multiple entry.
When i come back po ba sa canada, my DOCUMENT po ba ako need i-provide or something sa immigration sa port of entry ko, other than my passport, student visa and student permit?
Technically, 1 month and 10 days stay ko sa Pinas, am i violating any terms of my student visa?

Hi! I am working full time while on SV. So kelangan lang po ba wala akong work sched (for example on leave of absence) once mareceive yung final grades? Or need magresign? 😅
Sa tingin ko hindi final grades ang nakikita sa portal. Nagkakaroon lng ng final grades after may confirmation of graduation. So it doesn’t mean na final grades ang nakikita sa portal. Note as well na di pwde basta basta magsubmit ng unofficial transcript sa pag apply ng pgwp.
Tama po. The problem with my case, I requested my official transcript as soon as I saw the grades sa portal. Yes tama dapat confirmation letter and official trans gamitin sa PGWP :) Sayang di umabot ung new policy sa owp hehe

Yung grades na nilalabas ng school po. Samin, nirerelease lahat ng final grades sa portal.

Wala pang final guidelines dun sa temporary policy. Early new year daw so baka this january lumabas ung full guideline.

Sir pwede ba to follow ung extension applications ng dependents (wife and 2 kids)? Bali ako muna magapply ng PGWP looking pa kasi ng Noc 0ab na work after graduation. April pa expiry nung permits nila

Diba po pag naka pag apply na ng pgwp, implied status na yun, so pwede na mag work kahit wala pang approval ang pgwp mo. Correct me if I am wrong po. Thank you.
Yes tama po. As long as you have valid SP when you apply for PGWP, you can work na.
On my case kasi, I still dont have my Completion LettER, kaya dipako maka apply ng PGWP. Once makuha ko ung letter, apply agad PGWP para maka work na ulit hehe

Final semester lang po ung sa context ng vid natin.
If 1st sem or 2nd sem palang, you can continue working as long as you meet all the requirements

July 2023. Unli work if you are still a student. Once grumaduate, you need to stop working until ma apply ang PGWP

Until July 2023 pa po ung permits namin kaya no need to apply for visitor visa. But if paso na ang permit, need to change status muna.

Paystubs can be part time or fulltime. Pwede kahit ung during studies gamitin. Hehehe si wife lang nag wowork now

Within 180 days po after ma receive ang completion letter or final grade whichever is earlier.

For application ng PGWP you need BOTH po TOR and Comp Letter.
In my case meron nakong TOR but i dont have my Comp Letter yet dahil sa delay sa school.

To sum it up. Stop working as soon as you received your final grades. Start working again once you already applied for your PGWP. In my case I received my Final Grades earlier than expected, that's why I need to stop working until I actually applies for my PGWP
But yea! I will try to make english contents in the future 🥰
