Just Like You Imagined! 😭 You get it ❤❤❤ (ok last comment) The Fragile and Still are loaded up with great NINstrumentals. All of them from all his albums really 👌 Too many to mention.
Just Like You Imagined is as perfect as an instrumental can get! Other favourites of mine are:- Hyperpower by Nine Inch Nails - Short but oh so sweet. If it were up to me NIN would enter to this at every live show. Not sure why they sometimes enter to Pinion when they have this to use? Midnight Runner - Pendulum - Love the way this track moves and evolves. Somehow tells a story without saying a word. Genius! YYZ - Rush - A classic for a reason. Is this the quintessential instrumental track? Quite possibly. Voodoo People - The Prodigy - Hilarious to hear a whole crowd 'Doot-Do-Doot-Doot-Dooo' the bit we all know, but if you can make a crowd do that without being prompted I think that's pretty special for an instrumental track. 28 Days Later theme - The most metal soundtrack ever! Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds - Fort Knox - I'm bending the rules a little here as there is a smidgen of vocals but only about 2 lines repeated over so I consider it instrumental at its core. Very brave move to make this the 1st song of the 3rd album but the right choice. It sets up the album perfectly and is beautifully layered. Added respect that it was given a full song length to run its course rather than trimming it back to serve as pure intro.
So many instrumentals to choose from as they're all great but here goes, here are my favourites 1. Steve Hackett - Spectral Mornings 2. Rush - YYZ 3. King Crimson - Fracture 4. Planet X - Desert Girl 5. UKZ - Tu-95 Great video as always and loved hearing your favourites ☺️
Very cool list, here's some of mine: Nottingham Lace - Buckethead Campfire Tales - Philter Four Faces - Adam Young My Castle Town - Toby Fox Pegasus.exe - Tennyson Lost in a dreamworld - Betamaxx Veridis Quo - Daft Punk Hymn to the unobtainable - The Flashbulb Heliosphan - Aphex Twin Peacock Tail - Boards of Canada Poltergeist - Lone And a bunch of other music including songs from video games 👏
The instrumental songs that i love are more of a "mellow" feel, so i would go with... NIN: A warm place.... NIN Aphex Twin remix: At the heart of it all... Faith No More: Midnight cowboy and the OST of Tron: Legacy by Daft Punk is amazing!! Btw like the new hair color, its not easy doing the "natural" red head look, so many woman have failed but you pulled it off 😊
Loved the video. Some of my choices, although they have fair share of lyrics & instrumentals (if u r interested and not heard any): Anaesthetize - Porcupine Tree For the love of God - Steve Vai Electric Sunrise - Plini Soothsayer - Buckethead Marooned - Pink Floyd G.O.A.T - Polyphia Tendinitis - Jason Richardson
Just got into Camel quite recently (you get there when you get there), a band not afraid to be tuneful and lovely clean playing. No Larks' Tongues in Aspic? C'mon that's just er, naughty. Love your joyous reactions to the music snippets. Nice, really nice cat.
"After the Ordeal" has always been a staple of my instrumental prog playlist. My personal recommendation would probably be of "UFO" by Bacamarte. I know you love Camel so I believe you'll find a bunch of greatness in this one as well.
If I can make a recommendation, put the white text on some kind of banner so it doesn't interfere with your top or the colour of the room. Super appreciate the titles though, decided to check out your choices at work, on silent, and then come back home for the breakdown. Some great choices!
Just like you imagined is incredible! Here’s some of mine: To Live Is To Die - Metallica A Saucerful of Secrets - Pink Floyd Circus Brimstone - The Flower Kings A Warm Place - Nine Inch Nails Moonwalk - Moon Safari
Dope! Thanks for sharing :) Zappa is an alien. Check out Captain Beefheart And He's Magic Band, if you haven't yet. It's not instrumental but the debut 'Safe As Milk' album is a classic. I reckon it would be right up your alley.
Yeah, NIN - A Warm Place would be on mine. Check out: Can Baldan - Kara Toprak, Flying Lotus (his Yasuke soundtrack), Ulver (ATGCLVLSSCAP album), and the Hauschka album "Salon Des Amateurs."
Hey so there’s this instrumental jazz/doom/ambient band called “The Still”. And they have an incredible song called “The Surely” that I consider to be one of the greatest instrumental pieces of all time. Check it out!
@@marysmusictaste no problem! I’m an absolutely huge music nerd and I made it my life mission when I was 14 that I was going to listen to all of the music in the world. 7 years later I’m still going strong and still being amazed by the depths of human creativity. I’m sure you can relate to the difficulty in finding people who ACTUALLY care about music beyond the surface level. So finding this channel this morning was awesome!
marylovesmusic - Roger Waters is bringing This Is Not A Drill tour to England soon, I'm only giving you the heads up in case you decide to go! Spain, Italy, Czech Republic 2023 tour dates are already on the Roger Waters website, other European dates (England, France etc) to follow shortly! Keep checking the Roger Waters website! This may be your last chance to see Roger
Oh my gosh I love this topic! Instrumentals ♥️
Another huge fan of Peaches En Regalia over here! That whole album is awesome. My mom introduced it to me. She met Frank once! Highlight of her life.
Noooo way!! How lucky - he’s a dream 😍

Great picks. Camel have a lot of fantastic instrumental tracks. Love Miasma (and helvetesfonster) from prequelle.
Thank you! ❤️

What about 'Snow goose' album?..one of my favorite instrumental albums ever 🤘
I interviewed an instrumental band on my channel recently called Titan To Tachyons

Try Solomon's Seal by Siam Shade. It's very guitar-centric rather than featuring all instruments equally but still very good.

I don't like Camel, but I like your hair 👍
Thank you 🥹 hope you’re doing well!
The only instrumental music u listen to is classical music. Am I a bad person?
Of course not!
