    As you said, that "you are a medical student" in one of your past video. I want to ask you something related to sleep cycle ....
    Exactly i am preparing for one exam which is going to be held soon at 28 of January.
    For preparation i am passing through so many sleep less night ( it doesn't mean that i didn't work for it in past 2 years) but there is something anxiety type due to which i can not focus well.And can not sleep well. ...
    "So really my sleep cycle matter for it ?''
    What to do ,
    Please try to answer if possible...

      Your sleep cycle has a huge impact on your concentration and ability to use your knowledge. So, yes, it's important to start thinking about your sleep now and adjust it for the day you're going to. What I suggest you do in the time left is to go to bed after 10 pm and don't pick up your phone even if you can't sleep. It may be hard at first, but over the next 12 days you'll notice that your condition has improved a lot.
      Wake up half an hour earlier every morning to meet your target time.
      Don't drink coffee after 2 pm.
      I'm sure you'll be fine👀

      Really it means a lot for me and I am going to follow your advice any how !! And also going to share result onwards....
      Sorry but one question more ,
      Is noon nap / sleep is important...?
      Exactly what I was thinking 🤔
      I will go to bed at 10 PM everyday and not going to sleep through out the day before 10 PM !
