Gotta love that Miss Laragh has obviously seen the “welcome to dragon riding season” post currently on FB - she looks like she was having a whale of a time - I sympathise - my normal donkey of a pony decided that hooning around up a very steep hill and getting himself all sweaty and worked up was far more fun than babysitting the youngsters which is what he was supposed to be doing…..🙄 But on the small up side - at least we know they are feeling well and good in themselves - just prefer a little less bounce and hanging on for dear life 😂😂
Looks like a good day! I actually met the masters last season as they came up or a day with the Cranwell bloodhounds which are very close to me. You’ll have to have a road trip up this way to hunt with us! It would be lovely to meet you 😊

First bit of hunting footage where Laragh goes a little impatient I would have simply died being so scared haha. I have the least confidence on a horse ever, scared rider to have mounted a horse and will never understand where you take the bravery from. Very inspring though :)
Fiesty but fun is a good way of describing it 😂 Yes tried a lotttttt of different bits, to be fair it’s not atrocious I don’t think anything would make too much of a difference tbh! X
Some do yes . Farmers/ game keepers often employ the hunt to hunt their land to cull off foxes . In the summer we do it ourselves . There are still legal loop holes to kill foxes whilst hunting just not with dogs
It’s very exciting for laraghlee, a hunting atmosphere is unique lots of horses, horns blaring and hounds calling and running, quads etc, etc. Laragh’s picking up on it, not what I would call naughty behaviour but each to their own 🤷🏻♀️ My horse would rear, run backwards climb the banks slip down ditches and spin from me getting on to us setting off, usually at a spanking trot ! x
