I leave you the ingredients for 2 adult servings, but if you want more, just convert to the recipe and that's it.
thinly sliced beef brisket 500 grams, salt to taste; For the chimichurri, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt to taste, 3 cloves of garlic, parsley to taste, 40 grams of long onion, 30 grams of cilantro, 25 grams of paprika, rosemary to taste, soy sauce to taste, 5 grams of oregano, garnish with star tomato and accompany with salted potato and patacón or to taste.
