The way I make potato salad with mayo I like cold but my grandmom used to make an authentic German potato salad that was hot and delicious! 😋

The recipe looked good.
I mix onions, green peppers, celery & cooked eggs w/the cooked potatoes. For the dressing, I mix sugar & vinegar to preferred taste w/the mayonnaise. I've also added relish & I've used mustard at times but I'm not a fan of using dressing that has a raw egg in it. Otherwise it's good. 😊

My great Granny's recipe : 5 lb bag potatoes . Half jar mayo whole jar of dill relish 6 eggs and a touch of mustard for color . Simple and to die for .

We're opposite of you and your husband. I prefer warm, hubby prefers cold. However, we both love it so much and would be happy to have it either way! Kinda weird thing, my husband likes the green olives with the pimento inside sliced/chopped in his potato salad. I don't hate it, but not my preference. In any case, potatoes are my absolute favorite food! ;-)

I like my potato salad luke warm.I like the idea of making your own mayonnaise because you can adjust it to your own taste. I personally would have added more hot sauce because I love everything spicy 🌶.Looks good Nicole, tfs! 😘❤️💕

I make a bacon-ranch potato salad that I like warm but is still good when chilled. I'll have to try making the mayo.

Hi Nicole, I finally found the rolls from the Dollar Tree. Oh it is sooo goood. I did not need to put butter on it. I will be buying it as long as they have it. I am still looking for the Cobble Stone Bread.

I like my potato salad cold too. I add relish to my potato salad too. Sometimes I add eggs, sometimes I add red onion. I like it both ways. I like that you added bacon. I might do that next time I make it. Yours looks delicious. 🖒😊❤

Hey Nicole, Great recipe.. I put Tony's in my potato salad sometimes or what really good is the boil red potatoes in seafood boil and let them soak then make your normal potato salad same way if you want some more spicy add a little seafood boil seasoning to the salad. It's awesome and that what our family call Cajun. But everyone different. I like my potato salad warm. But I eat it cold sometimes but prefer warm room temperature. Tfs for sharing love your videos. I like mine chilled. I will not eat it hot/warm. I’m the same way, with egg salad.
I'll eat potatoe salad hot or cold.. But, I prefer it cold.
To me the potato salad taste better the next day because all those flavors blend in together and it becomes “yumminess”🤤😉
Cold for me...I add mustard, miracle whip, diced onion, sweet pickle relish and lots of chopped boiled eggs, potatoes without the skin and salt and pepper...it is absolutely the best potato salad I have ever eaten..my Momma's recipe.
#teamcrystal I can eat it hot of cold. My regular potato salad I usually boil the potatoes with a little crab boil and then just mix as usual. Potato salad is one of my favorite foods and I love trying different ones.

Potato salad actually combines my two least favorite things on Earth - eggs and potatoes. However, that cookbook is really cool.
