I had to pause and absorb when he said "I'm being my own level of brave, you don't get to choose." That was accidentally like 6 months' worth of therapy in less than 3 seconds man, idk how to thank you enough. Editing to add: when I have something too spicy for milk to wash away, holding the milk in my mouth for a bit helps for longer.
Weirdly I find drinking hot tea better ..I also do that with burns...not immediately I use cold water immediately but if theyre still really sore I put my finger (it's always a burnt finger) under hit water it hurts a lot but then after it feels grand. Same with the chilli's hot water makes it worse but then better ..rather than milk which makes it better but then worse.
@@Padraigp Very little of that makes chemical sense - the emulsion of lipids that is milk lifts away the capiscum from the tissues, since it's fat soluble. If the hotness returns, then you rinse again, and keep doing it until it stops
@@rog2224 no but it makes biological sense. We are creatures with nerves and not just chemical entities. So if you knew a bit about nrerves it would make sense.
It's refreshing to see someone approach this with the honesty, brave caution n trepidation it deserves. You're a top bloke and I hope your digestive tract forgives you soon 😂
My dolt of a husband ate one of those Paqui One Chip Challenge ghost pepper/Carolina Reaper crisps. He eats spicy regularly and he was vomiting for two hours. I don't understand the urge. This is why women live longer than men on the whole...
@pixiwix yes I vaguely remember seeing it but not looking at the video.i think they must have ate more than one chip!! Surely! How can people sell an item like that as food? It sounds like medical levels of spice!!
Before my stomach condition i'd eat phaal, habaneros/scotch bonnets, carolina reaper burgers. All i can manage to eat now is madras or have less chili on my food. Sometimes i'll treat myself to a vindaloo or the hottest chilies but i pay for it later, lol.
They say if you put a tiny bit in the corner of your eye you develop immunity to the heat of peppers. Give that a go and let me know how you get on Garron.
If it burns going in , it burns coming out. A little bit of salt on the tongue helps. From a Co. Tyrone Omagh girl living in Mexico where everything is filled hot 🌶️

Warning. When you have your morning constitutional, keep ice within reach. You're gonna need it 😂
This man is the future of comedy in Ireland. Pure fkn class.
I wonder how funny the acid goosebump driven diarrhoea was afterwards for him

The pure TERROR in your eyes before each bite is hilarious!!!! 😂
"It wont go way" 😂😂😂

I heard of that didnt some kid die or is that urban legend.
@@Padraigp several kids were hospitalized and I think you're right, I remember hearing about one that died. Insanity.

You did alright though 👍🏻, I would have been crying
Brave man!
I love this! Good job Garron!
The sacrifices for your audience is truly inspiring!
@3:53
The look of REAL concern... Lolzzz
Felt.
💚💜💚💜💚
*3.03* That's what she said!!!! 😂🙈😂
I realize this is too late but as a resident of Texas I feel I have to say milk is not your savior here. It’s bread. Sorry I’ll try to keep up.
You are a hero Garron.
Love you Garron, you are always a star in my eyes! Your a good man to try this stuff
Brave Man Garron
It won’t go away 😂😂😂 (butter is very good too, to calm the burn)
Good for you!!!
My own Leve of Brave is pretty brave tho

Toilet paper on stand-by😳
Well done Garron. But do you know what would go well with that there milk?
A choco boy.
Always good to expand one's horizons of "deliciousness"... good lad ... ✨🤙🏼✨🔥✨
You were definitely brave tasting these.I am interested in how you dealt with the aftermath 😮
Good on ye boy ye!
Hot ones Irish style lol
"now that's a nice dump"
That's not what you'll be saying in 12 hours
Good job now keep building your tolerance to spice by adding a bit to your savory dishes
Make sure ya wash your hands before ya hit the jacks mate. Ya know 😂😂
Or touch your eyes…
You have to try it with blue cheese dressing!
I knew I couldn't handle my spicy because I'm part Irish. I just fucking knew it.
It won't go away.... hahaha
Epic!!
Braver man than me.
How many Phillip Schofields are they? 😂😂
Alcohol Garron. Alcohol. A clear shot of something potent should move some of the capsaicin oil away better than milk.
Can I have your leftovers? 😋 We're both from the na.
Try singing some very high notes after eating this! I guarantee a higher vocal range!
You are a trooper, but you should remember the spicier sauce has a delayed reaction.
Garron be Careful !!!
LOVE
Don't swallow the milk straight away, just hold it in your mouth for a short while, it will work better.. and it needs to be full fat milk.
I'm not concerned so much about the heat in the taste, but I am very concerned about "outcome" if you understand my meaning
The more u taste the redder ur face becomes haha
Not for all the money in the world!
💥💥💥
I cant chew Cinnamon gum! Total weenie
I don't think people actually enjoy these things, they are a test of endurance that they can brag about.
I enjoy really spicy food. The hotter the better. Prob because I smoke and have shit taste buds.
Try a spoonful of sugar.
I would imagine they pushed your button.

I've heard this as well. Should definitely give it a go.
No!!!! Don't start with Scotch Bonnet!!!!! Build up!!!
😂😂😂😂😂
Don't forget to mention how much flavor the spice adds, not just heat.
Don't worry after you let it all out you'll see just how hot it is.
IRISH MEN CANT DO SPICE its a fact
Did you puke? 😢
So much nope ...
Ridiculous I seen more evaporate than u put on the chicken,
