I loved the coffee station accessories you made for Ray!!! Great idea for a large cutting mat too! And that pitcher in your dining table is so pretty! I love dried fruit (and nuts) in my cereal too. I haven’t been able to find peach though for years and of course, it’s my favorite! But I get the strawberry and raspberry ones. It is nice to see you looking so fresh and chipper! These are awesome I love all the different solar lights this year The Plus section has $5 lanterns and they are really nice When DT first came out with those cutting mats I did the exact same thing you did. I duct taped them together and I would say that had to be at least 3 yrs ago and they are still together today and bonus they made it cross country in our move. Wow, that coffee station is absolutely beautiful. You are lucky he will let you craft things like this for him. My youngest won’t let me. My oldest daughter is very particular with what goes into hers. My middle one lives out of state and it gets expensive to mail it.
You can always make fruit powder out of the dried fruit as well and store it in jars. Just grind it up in a food processor or blender. You can store it up to a year. There are a ton of uses for fruit powders. I started dehydrating my own blueberries when food prices increased so we never throw anything away now.
