Not painless but tolerable. I have been receiving this treatment for years. I have Alopecia since 2008. This will be an ongoing issue as long as there is inflammation. Treatment on affected area. The inflammation moves to health scalp. I have been doing injections since 2017. I started off with injections every 6wks. It has been reduced to max 4 times yearly after biopsy in 2020. Early intervention is important. Long term use not recommended.

@@Deleted_User3 I'm not a doctor but from experience I believe the injections work for everyone if the condition is inflammatory. The unfortunate thing is it's only a band-aid solution. The underlying issue must be resolved. My underlying issues have not been resolved to date. Inflammation continue once the medication wears off. The inflammation also move location to healthy scalp. You have to decide if you can tolerate the treatment
