"Don't forget to put grease in the hub cavity." ...or...go ahead and forget if you want to, as long as the bearings are properly packed with grease. Some guys say fill the hub, some guys say not to. I read in a Chilton manual where it says to pack the hub with grease if you don't have an auto bearing packer. But I don't see the difference in packing them by hand vs using a bearing packer, as long as the bearings get packed. So I say either pack the hub cavity or don't.
You're very lucky if the races get in so easily as show in the video. I put the races into the deep freezer and heated the rotor with a heat gun. That works a lot better. Actually these race drivers are not the proper tool. Using a real bench press is much safer as the races will be pressed in completely level. Also for pulling the old races this procedure with a chisel is sometimes a pain in the a... and there are pullers which do the job a lot easier and safer. And please don't use a hammer on the hub cap :-( use a screw driver + hammer around the cap. Be aware that tigthening to specs and backing off works for good condition spindles. If your spindle is already worn, you have to tighten more until you feel no slop anymore or replace the spindle.
Very much straight to the point without any nonsense and very clear voice as well.
Perfect demo, No unnecessary garbage like most, direct, to the point, very informative :)
you hammered the protective cap !!!!!!!
satisfying to watch
Wear safety glasses when hammering races! Don"t forget to put grease in the hub cavity.

They're not selling the races and rollers as matched sets. You can't even get same brands always. Just go by #'s.
that guy has a scary face should keep his face off video
I'm assuming that's why your videos don't have your face in them?
