I lost my dad to prostate cancer 2 years ago and up to this day, I still can’t accept that he’s gone. I miss the days na nagkukwento siya sakin about his childhood habang nagmamaneho kasi ako lang palaging gising sa sasakyan. Treasure these small things. Then 2014 we had our first car, 2001 Ford Lynx, but we dreamt of a newer one and just recently we bought our 2020 Suzuki Vitara GLX . It’s a dream come true for me and my family.

Speaking of the Memory lane ishare ko lang experience ko sa jeepney din namin. -alam nyo ba yung sa hs na may king and queen of hearts tapos sasakakay sa likod ililibot sa baranggay? Oo yun, tapos 4th place ako nun at yung gamit namin pangfloat is yung jeep (yung sasakyan na lagyan ng halaman at decorations gaya sa fiesta) gamit ng iba ay mga pick up na sasakyan tapos kami lang ng partner ko ang naka jeep , tapos ng biglang huminto yung jeep dahil hindi pala nagasolinahan . Kaya ayun tinulak ng mga 3rd yr student na nakasunod sa float namin. Kakahiya sa mga ka batch kong 3rd year at di ko yun malilimutan. Gusto kong umabsent hanggang graduation non sa sobrang hiya ko. Pero same experience din kay ate alex na nahihiya sa mga sirasirang sasakyan namin dati pero ngayon nakapag bili na din kami ng sasakyan.( Hindi sa pagmamayabang ha mga bashers ba naman)

Seeing one owner type jeep brings back with the memories of my late grandfather. Yung alam mong ang saya mong bata ka kapag pumunta kayo ng bukid kasama mo sa iisang sasakyan ang mga taong mayroon malaking papel sa buhay mo tapos hindi kayo makakauwi ng hindi dumadaan sa Mcdo o Jollibee... I remember we had an old jeep too. Lumuluwas kami ng Manila at umuuwi ng Nueva Ecija using that. Life was simple back then but we were happy. Nakakatuwa kasi sa maliit na bagay e we were able to share the same experience and it brought back fond memories too!
