X-mas Oxtail Potjie

This is for Josua. Since I’ve never made it before I wanted to make a batch on my own, but considering that, it turned out amazing! I did make a few subtle changes but keep in the theme of Potjie. Ingredients listed below. Please note when describing the herbs and spices I said "Coriander" but I meant to say "Cumin".
Cooking time was 5 hours on the stovetop @ a slow simmer, and 90 minutes in the oven @ 325 with a cracked lid. Enjoy!
