How do you get to the SQL Server Reporting Services portal? You just clicked a shortcut. When I enter I get a 404 no matter what the rest of the URL is, and I have tried to mimic your URL. Same thing if I try to enter the E10 server address instead.
You should go to MySqlServer/reports. If you are running an instance of SQL, the "reports" may include the instance name as well. You can look in SSRS Configuration Manager and it will show you the proper URL.

Internet Explorer. One can also use FireFox.
