- OUR FIRST TEAM GAME is being attempted at our viewers request! And just for the hell of it, we are going to VOTE ALL COACHING in this ROUND! So Many viewers complain about our "NO COACHING" Rule, as listed (#8) in our Official rules of Loading Kings: rcsparks.com/Official-Rules-Lo... - the rule states: "8) All Players/Drivers are briefed on the Foundation & Supplemental rules before the game starts. No Bystander, or Judge can "COACH" or give helpful tips or tricks to the competitors. If they do, the competitor that the help was offered to - WILL GET A PENALTY! This is to keep it "Fair". We have found that coaching can be uneven, and
unequal - causing a disturbance among drivers. The only EQUAL way to do this was to "ban" coaching. Since we are all helpful Canadians - we find it hilarious, and difficult not to be helpful. This adds to the comedy of the show when someone forgets and blurts out a helpful tip." WE ARE IGNORING THIS RULE TODAY.
Hopefully, todays favouritism, heavy coaching on one side, and many other examples will demonstrate why we made the "No Coaching" rule!
Another reason we do not usually do TEAM GAMES, is because of the amount of people it takes to make it possible, in a small area of space. Each player would have to have a specific judge - as WELL, as the penalty area needs a judge. ALSO, a Tile Master is needed in every game. This means we would need 11 people to make the show possible. Today, we attempt it with only 7 - and we see the results! Haha...

Medic, you should get something like ‘scrabble letters’ off eBay. Not sure if you have scrabble in Canada. You can buy custom letter and number tiles. They don’t have 10+ but you could get blank tiles and add 10+.
All you’d need is T-top B-bottom F-floor P-porta etc, then the numbers.

great show - love the G29 Wheel setup, need another so both forklifts can be driven by wheels (let's hope someone else gives you one) or a much harder penalty with it - lets see more team events as well (set rules before hand, maybe not working team member judge's other team to help reduce people required)

I've made my peace with the coaching rule a while ago. Great video guys ! Teams do strain work loads for judges when there aren't enough of them. Greatest part, is I get to watch another Loading Kings Video ! Twice on Sundays lol ! Innuendo inserted !

Now, instead of teams...
To start, spin the wheel for who is starting off the round. Then (and yeah, this will make it MORE chaotic, however, you don't know who wins until it is over, it may or may not be one of the original drivers)... Ok, so... I guess it would be somewhat like hot potato. So, whoever starts, they keep going until there is a penalty. Once the penalty is done, the wheel is spun to see who goes next (or the penalty could actually be the wheel spin). If the wheel lands on the person that is already operating the other side, then it is spun again. This way, they actually have a chance of landing back on themselves. So then whoever the wheel lands on, they are up until a penalty. Rinse and repeat. . .

I know this was a first so things were hairy, but if teams are done again, the teammates should be the only ones able to coach each other. I got a chuckle when Michael held up his hands and announced "I don't have a controller", After getting penalties from Joe crabbing a controller.

Any chance you could do a video on programing an Arduino? I know you did a video on the steering wheel controller but I don't recall anything about the Arduino. Maybe other RC Arduino projects? Great video. I always enjoy watching you and the guys hanging out and doing RC stuff.

You should set up a simulator with screens and everything for one episode and the whole thing controls the RCs.
