سچی بات یہ ہے کہ آج عام آدمی کو اداروں کے بارے میں پتا چل چکا ہے کہ جب کسی کو لایا جاتا ہے تو پیچھے کون ہوتا ہے اور جب ہٹایا جاتا ہے تو پیچھے کون ہوتا ہے اس لئے کوئی بھی دوبارہ اس ادارے کی طرف نہیں جانا چاہتا اور نا اب کوئی سیاسی یا غیر سیاسی شخصیت ادھر جانا چاہے گی جس طرح ماضی میں ہوتا آیا ہے ۔

He has totally ignored principles of seniority and supported fitness while elevating high court judges to SC. He should know that seniority cumfitness is principle of promotion in all services. To establish criteria of fitness and to analyse it a difficult task.

You are very informative people but you will not discuss real thing.actual problem is appointment of judges . Why lawyers coming direct high court judge. These judges are from different chambers. These are appointed for personal reason.why from lower judiciary Judg are not promoted. They very experienced people. And one thing more most of the lawyers are affiliated politically through bar politics and general politics. This is main problem of this matter.
