Great video! I too enjoyed your enthusiasm because I believe it's genuine. When I saw your video from a few days ago mentioning this, I wondered if it could possibly live up to what you were hoping for - well clearly, it does. Seeing the crew and passengers board through the jetway was an unexpected surprise. I fly the Longitude exclusively, but this just might make me consider flying jetliners. With apps like this I could see people spending more time on the ground than in the air!
Would be nice if we could use it on IVAO or VATSIM the followme and edit the txwy and directions for taxing ourselves given by the ATC on the network…. Just something GSX could look into!!

"will multiple jetways connect as opposed to just one?". I am not using MSFS but in P3D provided that the in the "ini" file that option is described, and if the gate has dual jetway the program gives you that option to operate dual jetways.
GSX right now just can’t handle more than one jetway because there is no SODE available for msfs 2020. ones that will come if it ever will GSX can handle 2 or more jetways. It’s all down so asobo again…..

Do the baggage handlers throw the bags off the plane and onto the ramps at height ( especially musical instruments ) and do we get 50 min queues on the gate staircases? Now that would be realistic 🤣

A general question I have related to your comment on the PMDG ground equipment not being used: I currently have the Airport Regional Environment (North America, Europe & Tropics) and the Airport Jetway Pro installed in my MSFS. Should those also be removed prior to using the new GSX Pro? Just wondering if you or anyone else has heard that requirement since they may conflict. Thanks!
When you mentioned the PMDG ground services you include chocks and GPU? Because I am curious if the GSX stuff will overwrite the PMDG GPU and chocks. If it doesn't that is a bit disappointing, makes me wish PMDG didn't include their stuff if it will interfere with this. Also, how will weights work... will it play nice with the planes that don't use the default weights and balances page.

It should be automatic iirc, on P3D it reads the airport AFCAD file and determines all the gate stuff automatically. As for the jetways I'm assuming it just replaces every jetway with an identical GSX one but we'll have to wait and see if that's the case
Just go to each piece of equipment in the FMC and get rid of it, if you spawn at a gate I think the only thing that connects is ground power which is the only thing you need to keep

Hey overkill, I'm glad you're excited about it. I would feel the same if I were you. I've had gsx since it first came out and I still use it in p3d v5 to this day. Fs2020 needs that, it feels so dull without it. I keep going back to p3d because of it. Keep up the good work!!👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️

I work at the ramp at PHX, I'm hyped for this addon. I had GSX in the FSX days. Wonder if they have the jetway GPU? That is what we have at PHX

What are you talking about? XP12 is not even out yet, and GSX for MSFS20 took about 2 years after the sim released

You can use key bidings to adjust the drone speed more granually. I think F5 and F6 is default for that.

The baggage handlers need safety belts. I am still on the fence if I add it to my sim.
The hoses under the jetbridge supply conditioned air when not using the Apu
And the «follow-me-car» is a big thing for me!
The customisation menu looks exactly like in p3d. Feels right at home for me!!

The PMDG ground services won't be called in unless you activate them.

The crew handling the baggage is unrealistic. In real life the crew is supposed to throw the baggage and handle them aggressively!
