Jingliu doesnt really scale well with Eidolons. It mainly is for higher uptime, but even the uptime (e6) is kind of messed up. It only gives +1 charge when you first enter, instead of like whenever you ult.
I genuinely feel like by the time we get the full Rappa/Fugue team superbreak will be stronger at E0 S0 than a maxed out Jingliu in an entirely unbiased format where neither gets buffed by the enviroment...
E6s5 jingliu doing less to similar damage to what the new dpses are doing for a third of the investment really shows you how bad the powercreep in this game is
Imo jingliu has had some problems since start and devs just kept ignoring them and went to cater for break ,fua and acheron teams Jingliu needs something (or someone) to fix her issues without buffing other chars

Got her E1S1, she was the very first character I ever got a copy of, and she aged poorly, sadly... I've been playing genshin since release, and still have no Constellations. Jingliu was the first one, and I'm sad about it. I'm also 100% F2P, so it's even worse. If they showed her half the love they show Jing Yuan she could get better, but they forgot about her.

I'll pretend mihoyo will show her a fraction of the love they show Jing Yuan, and she'll get better.
Jong yuan got buffs almost every pat h yet he is still nowhere near good enough compared to the other newer characters. Investing in eidelons just isnt worth it in a game where every 3 months a new broken dps releases.
Jing liu and seele, my two favorite characters getting benched by superbreak in meta, this is more nerf than hyperbloom, even himeko super break is better than these two :(

Wis’adel is leaps and bounds above everyone in the game dps-wise while being extremely easy to use and near immortal with a little thought into her placement, so much so the cn community created a trend of not using her (and going back to using their very first units) to cleanse their dependency on her and regrow the parts of their brain that decayed from using her… Imagine the hsr community decided ‘Acheron is too powerful let’s stop using her’

I had 3000+ overflow energy saved up and 60 fuel and after I used all that I didn’t have a single good piece I could use for Sparkle from that domain. Funny enough the next week I was able to get a full good set for both her and Jingliu just by doing it daily…
I love jingliu but I completely forgot about her when I got Firefly and the freaking MOC and all other fights have fire weak enemies can't use jingliu at all in the game

hey i do something close to that for my rent im supposed to pay at the end of the month but i slowly pushed to the 15th of the next month and then i managed to push it to the 30th and since the landlord doesnt live here he only comes around like 2 times per month he forgets we pushed the pay date so i have only paid rent twice since july
I mean, when it comes to MoC I feel like the power creep comes more from the mode than the characters. Break characters are in rn and the buffs that MoC give specifically cater to the break units meaning that normal hypercarry units have to work much harder to reach the benchmark than break units and the same will be true for break units when they inevitably make their exit. Imo it’s kind of a scummy way to keep people pulling on the newer units because if they don’t there’s a chance they could just not be able to clear MoC for that cycle or until that meta is gone.
