The second port is for fuel return line from the fuel filter. When the carb is full of gasoline the fuel pump keeps pumping so there is a second line on the outlet of the fuel filter that allow the extra gasoline pressure bleed back to the tank.
Any chance you can get me a measurement of the back mounting brackets? Mine are missing so I need to fabricate them...I see the design in the service manual, just need a measurements for the bends. Thanks in advance, nice video!

How do the brackets go on. Skipped over that part.
You skipped over the mounting brackets. Would have been nice to see the correct hardware to properly mount the tank.
