1 Corinthians 2 The Natural Man vs The Spiritual Man

Every person is either a natural man living after the flesh alienated from God or a spiritual man who’s received the love of God, received the forgiveness of sin, made alive spiritually and born again. Pastor Larson, I listened to your sermon on 1 Cor.2:14. POWERFUL message. Thank you for actually dealing with the text.
However, there was a large gap in your message, which I would like you to fill-in if possible.
Just as the text says, you talked about the natural man being non-receptive to spiritual truth. How then is it possible for a person without the Holy Spirit to ever make a SPIRITUAL decision to receive Jesus by faith since faith itself is a gift of the Spirit which only those who are born again have?
How is it that a natural man becomes a spiritual man?

born again refers to born of water and spirit. What is of flesh remains flesh . One is required to see the kingdom and the next is required to enter the kingdom. Did Adam die spiritually??? If the 1st Adam was natural....and the second Adam was spiritual........was the 2nd Adam present before he ate the fruit???? Or was the second Adam referred to as Jesus?? Was Adam natural from the dust and then Adam became spiritual after he seen Eve?? God did not warn Adam....The Lord God warned Adam.
