Get the Redgrassgames single blade cutters, they wont stress the bars. The two bladed cutters work as well so long as you keep to the tips of the blades, but they are a bit thicker than the single blade cutters
seconded, i use the DSPIAE single edge cutter and had no you could run into the issue shown in the video, turn out single bladed nippers don't cause this much stress on the plastic.
or just put your finger behind the frame to support it from being pushed out as you snip it.

Gently sawing a hobby Blade / craft knife just a little bit on the joint of the nodule and terrain before your nice technique may leave a cleaner burr
