This is just a chart with official's chart ideas, but as if someone told to keep them as much as possible, but nerf to a difficulty 9. I would say the chart is fine, but I feel like it lacks the rhythm for a 9. What ftr difficulties do when etn is present (from what I have seen) is nail the rhythm as much as the last difficulty, but keep everything not too hard (no excessive 24ths, if at all, for example), while the elements that would be too hard used for etn instead. A clear example would be having a 3 note 16th burst for 2 hands in ftr and same burst, but for 1 hand in etn. Or ftr could have absence of 24th notes while etn has them. It's a deep idea, but I think this will be too much for a single comment. Still, an interesting vision from you!
