IPS ka apna charm hai, if anyone gets the opportunity to stay at State Police Academies, Work in Police force or other MHA subsidiaries or In CAPF one can understand the charm of a Uniform IPS officer.

My personal choice would be the IPS as it is specific to maintaining law and order in a district and u can also be part of elite organisations like RAW, IB, CBI etc and paramilitary forces like ITBP, CRPF, CISF, BSF.
